About these terms
These terms govern the use of the website and the services offered by Superstar Studio S.R.L. (CUI 53386361, Nr. Reg. Com. J2026004234007), registered office at Strada Bogdan Vodă nr. 124, Rădăuți, Suceava, through Roots Pilates Studio. By booking a session or purchasing a package, you agree to these terms.
Services
We offer Pilates sessions (Reformer and Mat), private or duo, in the BASI method. Details about classes, packages and prices are those displayed on the site at the time of booking.
Packages and payments
Packages have the number of sessions and validity period stated on the packages page. Payment is made at the studio. Sessions unused within the validity period are forfeited, except where agreed in writing.
Booking and cancellations
Booking and cancellations are subject to the Cancellation Policy. Please read it before booking.
Health and safety
Pilates is physical activity. Before you begin, especially if you are pregnant, post-partum, recovering from an injury, have a medical condition or are under treatment, we recommend that you consult a doctor. Please inform us of any medical condition, pregnancy or injury before each session. By taking part you confirm that you are medically fit to do so and that you participate at your own risk. Instructors may adapt or decline certain exercises for your safety. If you feel pain, dizziness or any discomfort, stop and tell the instructor immediately.
Studio conduct
Roots Pilates Studio is a women-only space. Please arrive a few minutes early, wear suitable clothing and grip socks, and respect the equipment and other participants. We reserve the right to refuse or stop a session in case of inappropriate behaviour or behaviour that endangers safety.
Liability
We take your safety seriously and operate professionally. To the extent permitted by law, Superstar Studio S.R.L. is not liable for damage arising from failure to follow instructions, from withholding relevant medical conditions, or from improper use of the equipment. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under the law, and your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version that applies is the one published on the website at the time of booking, and the date of the last update is shown above.
Governing law and dispute resolution
These terms are governed by Romanian law. Any disputes will be settled amicably; if that is not possible, the courts at the registered office of Superstar Studio S.R.L. have jurisdiction. As a consumer, you may also contact the Romanian Consumer Protection Authority (ANPC, anpc.ro) or use the European Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
